Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when and how you may obtain a refund for purchases made on Genxis AI, operated by Global Trade Rhino LLC. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Paid service

Genxis AI is a paid service with no free tier. Access to generation requires an active paid subscription. The terms below apply to all paid plans and coin top-ups.

2. Subscriptions

  • 14-day money-back guarantee (first purchase). If you purchase a paid subscription for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial charge, provided you have not consumed a substantial portion of your monthly coin allowance (more than 20%).
  • Renewals. Subscription renewals are non-refundable once the new billing period has started, except where required by mandatory law. You may cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal.
  • Cancellation. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period. You retain access until the end of the period you paid for.

3. One-time top-ups

One-time coin top-ups are non-refundable once any of the purchased coins have been used to perform an AI generation or edit. Unused top-up packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request.

4. Failed generations

Coins are only consumed when a generation or edit completes successfully. If a generation fails due to a fault in our system, the coins will be automatically restored to your balance. If they are not, contact support and we will investigate and re-credit as appropriate.

5. Duplicate or fraudulent charges

If you notice a duplicate or unauthorized charge, contact us within 60 days at help@genxisai.com. We will investigate and refund duplicate charges in full.

6. EU/UK statutory rights

If you are a consumer based in the EU, EEA or UK, you have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchasing a digital service. By starting to use AI features within that period, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed or to the extent that your allowance has been consumed.

7. How to request a refund

Send an email to help@genxisai.com from the address registered on your account, including your name, the transaction date and reason. We process eligible refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take additional time to appear.

8. Cryptocurrency payments

Where you choose to pay with cryptocurrency, your payment is handled by a third-party digital-payment processor and is converted at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. Because blockchain transactions are final and irreversible, any approved refund for a cryptocurrency payment will be issued as account credit, or paid in the fiat-currency equivalent of the original amount at our discretion, rather than returned on-chain. We are not responsible for losses arising from exchange-rate fluctuations, network fees or funds sent to an incorrect or unconfirmed address.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in account suspension and recovery of associated fees.
