Global Trade Rhino LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of Genxis AI to do the same. We respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

1. Filing a notice of infringement

To submit a takedown notice, send a written communication to our Designated Agent containing:

A physical or electronic signature of the owner or authorized agent;
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient information for us to locate it (e.g. URL);
Your contact information (name, address, phone, email);
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Counter-notice

If you believe content you posted was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice including: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming.

4. Repeat infringers

We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

5. Misrepresentations

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
